Chaim Peppard has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015. Chaim started their career at Camp Simcha, where they held multiple roles including Head of Department and Counselor. In these positions, Chaim had the opportunity to bond with children with cancer and other illnesses and create special experiences for them. Chaim also volunteered at Chai Lifeline during the same time period. In 2018, Chaim joined Comprehensive Behavior Supports as a Behavioral Therapist, where they worked to support individuals with behavioral needs. In 2019, they became the Operations Manager at Ohel Children's Home and Family Services, where they led a team and managed daily care for individuals in a residence. Additionally, Chaim worked as a Teacher at Yeshiva Darchei Torah, teaching various subjects to fourth graders and encouraging their personal growth.

Chaim Peppard began their education journey in 2008 when they enrolled at Bais Medrash Toras Chesed. Chaim pursued a Bachelor's degree in Talmudic Studies and successfully completed their studies in 2012.

After a gap in their education, Chaim Peppard returned to school in 2021. Chaim attended Woodmont College for two years, from 2021 to 2023, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.

During the same period, Chaim Peppard also enrolled at The School of Evolving Technologies (PCS), specializing in Software and Web Development as well as Computer Software Engineering. This program also took place from 2021 to 2023.
