Paula O'Bryan has extensive experience in the legal field, serving as an Administrative Assistant to a Judge in the Judicial Branch of St. Bernard Parish Government since January 2000. Paula's educational background includes attending Annunciation High School and completing studies at Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana, from 1963 to 1967.
