Shimla Faumi is an accomplished professional with a focus on education and customer service. Currently serving as an Academic Coach specializing in Quality Assurance and as an Online Maths Tutor at Third Space Global since September 2021, Shimla has a solid background in teaching, previously working as a Teacher in Information Technology at Zahira College from January 2020 to September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Associate at Dialog Axiata PLC, where expertise in Customer-Relationship Management (CRM) software was utilized to enhance customer interactions and maintain positive relationships.
