Brad Smith is a Principal Consultant at CAMMS Group, where since 2003, responsibilities have included developing and delivering strategic consultancy services aligned with corporate objectives. With expertise in GRC, ESG, and business process improvement, Brad has contributed to the implementation of integrated software tools for enterprise planning and performance. Previous experience includes serving as General Manager of Policy and Strategic Development at the Department of Primary Industries and Regions, focusing on corporate development and government planning reforms. An accomplished consultant, Brad has facilitated the creation of over 40 strategic plans in Australia and New Zealand. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of Reading.
