Dean Young is an experienced professional in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Operational Change Lead at Camlin Group since July 2024. Prior roles include Manufacturing Engineer at Thompson Aero Seating Limited and Junior Project Engineer at Creative Composites, where a focus on continual improvement projects utilizing 6σ and Toyota's Production System was emphasized. Dean's early experience includes a term placement at Solmatix Renewables Ltd, contributing to a New Product Introduction project on Building Integrated Photovoltaics.
