Ahmad Jabir Tarin, M.S., AMFT, currently serves as Assistant Program Director at Caminar, Inc. since November 2023, and has been the Director of Mental Health at Wasilah Connections since June 2019, focusing on fostering wellness within vulnerable communities. As a business owner at Maqbool Islamic Clothing since April 2012 and Chapter Director at the Halal Food Standards Alliance of America since February 2008, Ahmad also has experience as a Senior Peer Counselor for the City of Fremont and as an MMHI Counselor/Consultant at the University of California, Berkeley. Ahmad's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the Western Institute for Social Research and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University - East Bay.
