Ihlass Issah currently serves as the National Deputy Chairperson for the CAMFED Association since November 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Chairperson to guide the association's activities and delivering formal presentations at meetings. Additionally, Ihlass has been a Learner Guide with CAMFED - Campaign for Female Education since April 2020, focusing on mentoring young girls in basic schools in Northern Region, Ghana, utilizing the "My Better World Curriculum" to empower students in making informed life choices. Previously, Ihlass worked as a Registered Nurse at Tamale Central from June 2022 to June 2023. Ihlass holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Technical University College of Ghana, expected to graduate in November 2023, and an earlier qualification in Registered General Nursing from Tamale Nurses and Midwives Training College, completed in June 2021.
