Owen Bettinger has extensive experience in customer relationship management and marketing within the wine industry. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Specialist and Content Strategist at Cameron Hughes Wine since October 2010, Owen focuses on web store marketing, customer service, order processing, e-commerce, and database management, while also designing social media campaigns to enhance brand loyalty. Prior experience includes a role at Sales Pros from June 2009 to October 2010, where Owen increased sales in the wine and spirits sector through effective merchandising and brand communication. Earlier, Owen worked as a Paid Call Firefighter with the Nevada County Consolidated Fire District from March 2007 to January 2009, responding to emergencies and providing medical care. Education includes a Fire Technology degree from Yuba College Fire Academy and a high school diploma from Nevada Union High School.
