Amari Romero-Thomas is an experienced consultant and leader in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as a Board Member for Cameron House since August 2022 and as CEO, Principal Consultant, and Executive Coach for Mosaic Consulting and Coaching since 2012. With a focus on helping organizations reconnect with their core "Soul" to navigate through chaos and confusion, Amari has held significant roles including Senior Consultant at La Piana Consulting (2011-2012) and Senior Vice President of Community Engagement and Mobilization at United Way Silicon Valley (2005-2011). Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director at Sacred Heart Community Service (2002-2005) and Senior Staff Consultant at CompassPoint Nonprofit Services (2000-2002). Amari holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/International Relations from Arizona State University, obtained in 1978.
