Julie Caudle is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in people strategy and performance management. Currently serving as the Director of People & Performance at Cameron Homes Limited since September 2018, Julie previously held the position of Strategic HR Consultant at Caudle Consulting. Julie spent over a decade at Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co where roles included Head of HR and Acting HR Director, where responsibilities encompassed designing the firm’s people strategy, leading HR teams, and managing significant merger activities. Earlier career experience included positions in graduate recruitment and as an Assistant HR Officer at KPMG. Julie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
