Amanda Norton began their work experience as a Case Management Intern at the Volunteer Ministry Center in 2014. In 2015, they joined Camelot Care Centers, Inc. as Director of Operations, a position they currently hold.

Amanda Norton completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Forensic Psychology from Walden University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice from South College, attending from 2012 to 2015. Amanda also completed a Certificate Program in Homeland Security from Roane State Community College, although the dates of completion were not specified.
