Chris Paramore, CCRM, currently serves as Community Manager at Camden Property Trust since November 2020, leading a team of associates and focusing on enhancing property key performance indicators and individual metrics. Previously, Chris held the position of Community Manager at Irvine Company from July 2007 to August 2020, where achievements included overseeing a 288-unit community and cultivating employee engagement in line with company values, as well as managing a 60-unit Section 8 Project-Based community, achieving high compliance ratings from Housing Urban Development. Chris’s career also includes roles as Assistant Manager, Community Administrator, and Leasing Consultant, demonstrating a progressive trajectory in property management. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from California State University-San Bernardino and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Riverside City College.
