The Community Engagement and Development team at the Camden Coalition focuses on building relationships within the Camden community to enhance care for individuals with complex health and social needs. This team engages with local residents, organizations, and service providers to promote and implement person-centered programs, advance harm reduction strategies, and foster collaborative efforts to address chronic illness and social barriers. The team also supports capacity building and information exchange to ensure that community efforts are informed, cohesive, and effective in delivering better care to Camden's most vulnerable individuals.
