Paul Rhodes is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as the Director of RAN at AtlasEdge, where responsibilities include developing Telco solutions with a focus on Open vRAN and AI in RAN networks. As Virtual Networks SIG Champion at Cambridge Wireless Ltd, Paul advocates for the virtualization of network functions. In the UKTIN Expert Working Group, Paul contributes as a specialist on Wireless Networking Technologies to drive research and innovation in telecommunications. Previously, Paul has held significant leadership roles, including CEO and Head of Strategy at Evolved Network Solutions Limited and OpenRAN and 5G Lead at World Wide Technology. Paul's extensive career encompasses key positions at industry leaders such as Nokia, CityFibre, Airspan Networks, Samsung Electronics, and Ericsson. Paul holds a BEng in Electronic Communications Engineering from the University of Hull.
