Erma Drigo is an experienced professional currently serving as the Customer Service Center Assistant Manager at Cambridge Savings Bank since June 2022, where responsibilities include maintaining and deepening customer relationships and updating training for Customer Service Center Specialists. Prior to this role, Erma worked as a Retail Supervisor for the Boston Bruins from March 2008 to March 2019, focusing on customer care, providing solutions to customer demands, processing orders, managing UPS and FedEx accounts, and performing various operational and administrative duties.
