Currently serving as the Senior Business Development Manager at Cambridge Mechatronics Ltd since May 2015, Dr. Scholz oversees international client accounts and drives the direction of multiple technology streams. Previous roles include Program Manager and Technical Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading cross-functional teams, securing significant client accounts, managing staff development, and creating intellectual property portfolios. Dr. Scholz also has experience in academic research from a postdoctoral position at the University of Bristol, focusing on composite materials and teaching aerospace engineering topics. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, along with a Master's degree in advanced composites and physics from leading UK institutions.
