Kailla Rowell, MSW, LICSW, serves as a Mental Health Consultant at Cambridge Housing Authority since July 2023 and is the Founder of Rooted & Healing LLC, established in July 2021, which focuses on a holistic healing practice. Previously, Kailla held the position of Clinical Director at Camp Harbor View from March 2022 to July 2024, and served as the Student Life and Wellness Director at College Track from August 2020 to March 2022. As the Founder of Girls with Altitude from September 2018 to March 2022, Kailla contributed to youth empowerment, and worked as a Mental Health School-based Counselor at Anacostia Senior High School from November 2019 to August 2020. Earlier roles include Clinical Care Manager at Bay Cove Human Services and Intensive Care Coordinator at Justice Resource Institute. Kailla holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from McDaniel College.
