Sarah Barker has extensive experience in the banking industry. Sarah is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Cambridge & Counties Bank since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at The Co-operative Bank plc from January 2020 to June 2023 as the Director of Relationship Banking. Before that, they held various roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Director of Client Propositions in Global Transaction Banking from April 2018 to January 2020, and Senior Manager in Strategic Bidding & Deal Management from November 2015 to April 2018. Sarah also worked at Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance as a Senior Manager in Business Planning from April 2013 to November 2015. Their early experience includes managerial and relationship management roles at Lloyds Banking Group, where they started as a Management Trainee in September 2006.

Sarah Barker attended The University of Sheffield from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a BA (Hons) in Social Policy & Sociology.
