Jessica Thompson is a professional with extensive experience in claims litigation and education sales and marketing. Currently employed at Cambridge University Press & Assessment since March 2023, Jessica previously held roles at Desjardins as a Claims Litigation Advisor, managing complex litigation and overseeing legal counsel from January 2015 to December 2018. Prior experience includes positions at State Farm in Accident Benefits - Claims Litigation, where knowledge of insurance legislation was applied to resolve claims from August 2008 to December 2014, and as an Administrative Coordinator at the Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network from June 2007 to July 2008. Earlier roles include Case Manager at The Salvation Army and Programme Facilitator at Peel Halton Acquired Brain Injury Services. Jessica holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Physical and Biological Anthropology from McMaster University and studied at Sheridan College.
