Debra L. Bruce is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in law and executive coaching. Since founding Lawyer-Coach LLC in 1999, with a previous name of Debra Bruce Executive Coaching, Debra has focused on enhancing the skills of legal professionals. As a Senior Associate at Cambria Consulting since 2006, Debra contributes to a global network of executive coaches. Prior coaching experience includes working with attorneys at Maraia & Associates from 2005 to 2009. Debra's legal career spans several firms, including roles as an attorney at Baker Botts LLP, Porter & Hedges, Debra Bruce & Associates, and Nathan Sommers Jacobs, with a foundational education in law from The University of Texas School of Law and a background in psychology from the University of Houston. Additionally, Debra completed coaching certification with the Coaches Training Institute.
