Neil Kelly is an accomplished Operations Manager at HII Technical Solutions, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, since February 2014. Prior to this role, Neil served as the Leading Chief Petty Officer and Air Intercept Control Instructor at the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) from August 2009 to June 2011, where expertise was applied to develop top-tier Strike Fighter Tactics Instructors and Air Intercept Controllers for the Navy and Marine Corps. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
