Ibrahim Alam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the business process outsourcing sector. Currently serving as Deputy Manager at EXL since February 2024, Ibrahim previously held the position of Assistant Manager at Genpact from May 2019 to May 2023. Prior to that, Ibrahim worked as Operation Lead at WNS Global Services from September 2014 to May 2019 and as Senior Associate at EXL from February 2010 to September 2014. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Burdwan.
