Mariana Aguirre serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, where an online store specializes in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has had a diverse career, holding the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
