Marco Venza is an experienced professional in project controls, currently serving as the VP of Project Controls and previously as Project Controls Manager at CAM Integrated Solutions since October 2016. With a strong background in the oil and gas industry, Marco's expertise includes managing complex projects, implementing cost control measures, and enhancing contract management tools. Previous roles include Project Controls Specialist at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, as well as Cost Analyst at Talisman Energy USA, where Marco was responsible for project forecasting and collaboration with various stakeholders. Earlier career experience includes project control and data analysis roles at UniversalPegasus International, Spectra Energy, and ROSEN USA, along with a foundation in retail banking.
