Julio Garcia, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, serving in various leadership roles in companies such as CalTex, Petro Waste Environmental LP, PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc., and HEB Retailers. Julio has also been actively involved in the non-profit sector, serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Guide Dogs of Texas. Garcia holds a Master's degree in Administration & Adult Education from the University of the Incarnate Word.
