Ms. Izzi heads-up Mobility for NextEra Energy Resources, a new venture focused on fleet electrification including integrated solutions for charging infrastructure, vehicle conversion, renewables, resiliency and energy management. Prior to this role, Ms. Izzi founded the business development team that commercialized behind-the-meter storage and led three acquisitions and one strategic investment that spurred the company’s entry into multiple new business lines.

Ms. Izzi has more than 25 years of experience commercializing, launching and managing new products and services across multiple industries in the U.S., Europe, Africa and Asia. She helped launch multiple distributed energy resources products at NextEra Energy Resources including battery storage, linear generators, combined heat and power, microgrids, water reclamation and concessions. In previous roles she helped build CPower – one of the original demand response firms, commercialize a waste-to-energy solution and manage a product that integrated energy efficiency and retail energy.

Ms. Izzi holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
