Henrique Fernandes is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Caloi since April 2020, Henrique has previously held key positions in demand planning and supply chain coordination at companies such as Danone and RB. Notable achievements include harmonizing operations at Danone through collaboration with Oliver Wight consultancy, forecasting demand for leading brands at RB, and implementing a new stock policy at Aché Laboratórios that effectively reduced stock coverage.
