Bob Downing is a Jr. Flavorist at Callisons, currently undergoing training to become an apprentice certified by The Society of Flavor Chemists. Prior to this role, Bob held various positions at Frutarom including Senior Flavor Trainee, Junior Flavorist Trainee, and Flavor Tech. Bob also worked as a Quality Control Technician at Frutarom and held positions at Marriott International as a Purchasing Agent and Line Cook. Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Culinary Arts from the University of Cincinnati and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Additionally, Bob received culinary training at Bishop Fenwick High School and Warren County Career Center.
