Terri Layton is a seasoned Real Estate Broker and Senior RE Specialist at MORE Realty since February 2014, demonstrating expertise in delivering comprehensive real estate services. Previously, Layton served as Principal Broker and Education Chair/Director for the Oregon Women's Sailing Association, overseeing educational programs and logistics from January 2015 to January 2017. With a background as a Real Estate Broker at Summa Real Estate Group and RealEstate.com from 2007 to 2016, Layton has consistently facilitated client relationships and property transactions while providing market analyses and contract negotiations. Additionally, experience as a Real Estate Investor and in project management further complements Layton's diverse skill set.
