Serdar ATILGAN, MSc, PMP® is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls and management across various sectors, including energy, construction, and chemicals. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Project Controls Director at Çalık Enerji since March 2021, Serdar has implemented significant improvements in project control procedures and led a diverse team on multiple high-value projects. Prior roles include PMO Project Controls Group Manager at SOCAR Türkiye, where Serdar established PMO procedures, and Planning and Scheduling Manager at KBR, Inc. for the Sadara Chemicals project, the largest chemical complex globally. Serdar's earlier experience spans positions in planning, cost control, and project engineering, with a solid educational background comprising a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Project Management, complemented by an Executive MBA in progress.
