Fernando Ceja, PE, currently serves as a Project Engineer at California Water Service since May 2022, following a role as P-2 Assistant Engineer. Prior experience includes working as District Engineer and Engineering Technician at Arvin-Edison Water Storage District between May 2020 and May 2022, and August 2016 to May 2020, respectively. Fernando's career began at BSK Associates Engineers & Laboratories as an Engineering Technician and Laboratory Technician from March 2015 to August 2016. Previous positions also include Sales Associate at The Home Depot, an intern at Dunkin & Bush Inc, and another internship with USDA-NRCS. Fernando holds a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from California State University, Bakersfield, alongside a bachelor's degree obtained from the same institution, and is a graduate of Ridgeview High School.
