Joe Jephson is an accomplished professional in project management and well engineering, currently leading efforts in carbon management and geologic sequestration at California Resources Corporation since December 2014. With a strong background in artificial lift engineering and completions, Joe has overseen significant initiatives that have transformed operational practices and increased production efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as a completions engineer at Oxy and a general field engineer at Schlumberger, where Joe developed expertise in innovative completion methods and field operations. Educationally, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geosystems Engineering and Hydrogeology from The University of Texas at Austin.
