Daniel Trapp currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Market Fundamentals at California Resources Corporation. With extensive experience in strategic roles across multiple organizations, Daniel previously held positions at Sempra Infrastructure, including Director of Commercial and Strategic Analytics, where oversight of a multinational team was essential in shaping the strategic landscape for LNG and clean power initiatives. Prior roles included advisory capacities in corporate strategy at Enbridge, strategic planning at Spectra Energy, and security policy analysis at Lockheed Martin. Daniel holds an MBA in Finance from Rice Business, an MA in Political Risk and Energy from The George Washington University, and a BA in International Economics and Cultural Affairs from Valparaiso University.
