Ben Schardt is an accomplished outreach and human resources professional with extensive experience in organizing and mobilizing voters, managing teams, and implementing operational strategies. Currently serving as an Outreach Fellow at Voters of Tomorrow, Ben Schardt is actively involved in mobilizing voters during the general election campaign. As a Human Resources Student Supervisor at Associated Students UCLA, responsibilities include administering office operations and staff training. Prior roles include Internal Vice President of Bruin Microfinance, where leadership over board directors and recruitment was pivotal, and Senior Advisor for California College Democrats, coordinating statewide collaboration among college chapters. Ben Schardt's diverse skill set also encompasses significant contributions to various organizations and campaigns, including data entry for Biden for President and community outreach for Douglas Sierra's City Council campaign. Ben Schardt is pursuing a degree at UCLA, expected to graduate in June 2026.
