Mary Mori began their work experience in 2005 as a Meats Lab Assistant at UC Davis. Mary then worked as a Lab Assistant at Vet. Med. Central Services from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, Mary worked as a Lab Technician at SK Foods Company for a short period. From 2007 to 2007, they served as a Lab Assistant at Dr. Krochta's whey protein analysis Lab.
Mary's career took a shift in 2008 when they became a Quality Assurance Manager at Tulocay and Company, a position they held until 2011. Following that, they joined California Olive Ranch, where they progressed through various roles. Mary started as a Technical Services Manager from 2011 to 2016. Later, they became the Director of Technical Services from 2017 to 2022. Currently, Mary holds the position of Vice President Of Quality and R&D at California Olive Ranch.
Mary Mori obtained their Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of California, Davis, specializing in Food Science and Technology. Mary completed this degree between 2004 and 2008.
In addition to their degree, Mary Mori has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they became a Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) from SCS Global Services. In 2013, they became an Olive Oil Sensory Panel Member through Applied Sensory. In 2011, they obtained various certifications including Certified Internal Auditor from SAI Global, Better Process Control School from UC Davis, SQF Practitioner from NSF International, and HACCP Manager from Prometric.
