Vlad Vaiman, PhD, serves as Associate Dean and Professor at California Lutheran University since April 2006, also holding roles as Chief Editorial Consultant for the European Journal of International Management since January 2007 and a Member of the Faculty of Assessors for the Association of MBAs since June 2012. In addition, Vaiman is a Senior Consultant and Principal at Main Street International, a global management consultancy, since September 1998. Vaiman has held visiting professor positions at several prestigious institutions, including Hanken, Aalto University, ISEG Business School, MCI Management Center Innsbruck, and Danube University of Krems. Previously, Vaiman was a Professor of International Management and Academic Director at Reykjavik University from September 2008 to June 2013. Educational qualifications include a PhD in International Management from the University of St.Gallen, an MBA in HRM and Strategic Management from the University of Wyoming, and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.
