Idlir Proseku is an experienced adjunct professor currently teaching graduate courses in Leadership, International Business, and Human Resources at Georgian College and California Intercontinental University since 2022. Prior to academia, Idlir Proseku worked as a Business Analyst at Forum Research from 2013 to 2020 and served as the Innovation Lead at the AIDA-Investment Development Agency from July 2011 to October 2012, focusing on enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises. Idlir Proseku holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems and International Business from Purdue University, an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from Regent University, and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership with a focus on Strategic Foresight from Regent University.
