Jay Chiang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Entrepreneur In Residence at Caltech, Jay has held prominent positions at Amgen, including Executive Director of Commercial Strategy and Innovation Lead, Executive Director of Commercial Digital Capabilities Lead, and Executive Director of Global Marketing - Neuroscience Lead. Previous roles include Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, Senior Director of Discovery and Product Development at Senomyx Inc, and Director of Automated Chemistry at Lexicon (formerly Coelacanth). Jay earned a PhD in Chemistry from Scripps Research and a BS in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
