Thi Pham is an experienced engineering geologist currently working at the California Department of Water Resources since July 2021. Prior to this role, Thi Pham held positions as a project geologist at RCC Group, LLC, and as a geologist at Wood Rodgers. Thi Pham's background includes significant experience as a rural development specialist and program lead at the Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC), along with roles as a research consultant at the USGS California Water Science Center and a research assistant at California State University, Sacramento. Thi Pham began a career in geology as a student engineering intern with the California Department of Transportation.
