Marcus Spain has over eight years of experience in engineering, primarily in telecommunications and electrical engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Telecommunications Engineer at the California Department of Water Resources since June 2019, Marcus has advanced through various roles at the same organization, including Assistant Telecommunications Engineer and Electrical Engineer. Previous experience includes positions at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants and M. Neils Engineering, Inc. as an Electrical Engineer, as well as internships at several notable companies, including Intel Corporation and Sacramento County. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2016.
