Evon Willhoff is a seasoned professional in environmental management with over a decade of experience at the California Department of Water Resources, currently serving as Lead Manager (EPM II). In this role, Evon coordinates with various stakeholders in the implementation of restoration and dust suppression projects around the Salton Sea and manages a portfolio of over $81 million in grants focused on water management and flood control. Prior to this, as Water Program Manager at the Planning and Conservation League, Evon was involved in the California Water Plan Update process and led efforts to advocate for environmental considerations. Evon holds a BA in Environmental Studies and the History of Art & Architecture from UC Santa Barbara.
