Deborah Ann Kushihashi is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for the Northern California Region at California Bank & Trust, Deborah has previously held the position of Vice President-Human Resources Manager at Bank of America and worked as a Senior Personnel Associate at Goldman Sachs. Earlier career experience includes serving as Customer Service Manager and Recruiter at People Express Airlines, Inc. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado and has further education from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
