İrem Aydın is an experienced professional in sourcing and operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Member of the Executive Board at CALIDA AG since March 2023, and as a Member at the Boardroom since January 2023. İrem founded MIM Sourcing GmbH in June 2019, establishing a sourcing office in Zurich focused on connecting EU clients and Turkish suppliers, providing tailored solutions based on various client needs. Previous positions include Head of Sourcing at Wolford, where responsibilities included strategic sourcing and supply chain management, as well as Head of Sourcing Europe at Charles Vögele Trading AG. İrem also held leadership roles at Hugo Boss, overseeing procurement for jeans and leisure trousers, and held various merchandising roles at Gap Inc. and H&M. İrem holds an MS in Engineering Management and a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
