Kristin Baier MD is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in direct primary care and medical weight loss. As Clinical Director and Lead Physician at Calibrate since December 2020, Kristin co-founded a practice emphasizing lifestyle interventions. Prior to this, Kristin co-founded Low Carb MD in San Diego, serving as a physician from April 2020 to April 2021. Previous roles include physician positions at Teladoc Health, Edward-Elmhurst Health, and Physicians Immediate Care. Kristin's career began as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor at Advocate Condell Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences and a Family Medicine Residency from the University of Illinois Chicago, along with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from the same institution.
