Karen Carbaugh is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health coaching, business ownership, and program management. Currently serving as an Accountability Health Coach at Calibrate since December 2020, Karen also owns Expedition HQ Travel and Seven & Nine Designs, showcasing entrepreneurial skills in travel and custom design. Previous roles include owner of Social Focus, providing social media consulting, and Independent Travel Agent at Fairy Tale Concierge. Additional experience includes managing the Diabetes Prevention Program for the YMCA of the USA, serving as Academic Coordinator for NorthWest Student Exchange, and coordinating early literacy initiatives at Akron Children's Hospital. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Kent State University, earned between 1999 and 2005.
