Carol Crawford is an accomplished executive search consultant with extensive experience in human resources and talent development, particularly within law firms. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Calibrate Legal, Inc. since May 2017, Carol specializes in placing senior-level professionals in HR, Recruiting, and Talent Development while advising law firm leaders on strategic change initiatives. Previously, Carol held the position of Managing Director at J. Johnson Executive Search, Inc., where leadership in the HR division focused on similar placements.
