Sean Rheuben has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Sean currently holds the position of Managing Director, Strategic Origination at Calibrant Energy since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Managing Director at Altus Power, Inc. from April 2015 to October 2023. Before that, Sean was a Managing Director at Healthy Planet Partners from February 2014 to March 2015. Sean also worked as a Principal at Syncarpha Capital from May 2010 to January 2014. Sean has held VP positions at Acciona Energy from 2008 to 2009 and at Bank of America from 2006 to 2008. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Director at Societe Generale from 2000 to 2006.

Sean Rheuben completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from UNSW in the years 1988 to 1994. Sean then pursued a Master's of Applied Finance from Macquarie University from 1996 to 1999.
