Frank Ventura has extensive experience in the customer service and support field, currently serving as Manager of Member Support at the Calgary Real Estate Board since November 2014, and previously holding a series of managerial roles at Shaw Communications from September 2002 to April 2014. At Shaw Communications, Frank Ventura developed and mentored both direct supervisors and front-line agents, achieved key performance indicators, implemented initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity, and resolved escalated customer issues. Frank Ventura also possesses a Leadership Development Certificate from NAIT and has educational experiences from Mount Royal University.
