Anthony Cox is an Associate Attorney at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP since January 2019, specializing in corporate and capital markets, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and banking and finance matters. Prior to this role, Anthony worked as an Associate Attorney in the Business Organizations & Tax Department at Wickens Herzer Panza from September 2012 to December 2018, where the focus was on corporate and business law. Earlier experience includes legal research and analysis as a Law Clerk at Wickens Herzer Panza and internships at Eaton's in-house legal department and Broadvox, along with additional law clerk positions. Anthony served in the US Army as a Personnel Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division from June 2006 to June 2010. Anthony earned a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Philosophy from Kent State University in 2006.
