Richard Kelley has a diverse and extensive background in media and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as an Advisor at CalEthos since September 2019 and at Family Proud until December 2023, Kelley has also contributed significantly to Make-A-Wish® San Diego as a Board Member, Board Chair, and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors from September 2011 through August 2024. Kelley held key positions at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, including President/General Manager of NBC 7/Telemundo20 San Diego and Vice President of Sales at NBC Bay Area from September 2008 to April 2019. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Director of Acquisition Sales at Monster, Director of Sales at Susquehanna Radio in San Francisco, and various leadership positions in radio and television starting from 1982 at USA Network. Richard Kelley holds a degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, obtained between 1971 and 1975.
